Junior Residential Academy Guidelines
JUNIOR RESIDENTIAL ACADEMY GUIDELINES
Philosophy: The Soccer Academies Junior Residential Academy is designed to provide a stimulating and fun environment at all times promoting enthusiasm for the great game of soccer.
Sports Medicine: The Junior Residential Academy is staffed by a professional, certified athletic trainer.
Proof of family health insurance is required by all those who attend the Soccer Academies. Please return the Soccer Academies Health Form to us as soon as possible to complete your application.
Tobacco, drugs and alcohol are strictly forbidden! Any player found in possession, or in any way involved in tobacco, drugs or alcohol will dismissed from camp immediately. All medications that are prescribed by a doctor must be registered with the trainer during check-in.
Player Responsibilities: All campers are expected to participate in and be punctual to all sessions unless certified injured or sick by the camp trainer. Injured players must continue to attend all sessions unless otherwise advised by the trainer. This will enable players to get the most out of their soccer experience as possible.
You are expected to dress in appropriate soccer attire as instructed by the Camp Directors and coaching staff. Players shall act in an appropriate manner at all times during the camp.
Shinguards are absolutely essential, players not wearing them will not be allowed to participate in any training sessions.
No hats will be worn unless deemed necessary by the athletic trainer or head coach.
Remember you are guests of Kimball Union Academy and are expected to behave accordingly both on and off the field. Residence Halls and training areas should be kept clean at all times!
Players should remember the rules of GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP when training and playing in daily games.
ANY CAMPERS FOUND IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE REGULATIONS AND/OR ANY OTHER RULES SET FORTH BY SOCCER ACADEMIES WILL BE SENT HOME BY CAMP OFFICIALS IMMEDIATELY.
